DNB heeft de nieuwe DGS-regelgeving gepubliceerd in de Staatscourant. Banken moeten het Individueel Klantbeeld opstellen en aanleveren bij DNB.
Met de invoering van de herziene DGS-richtlijn in de Nederlandse wetgeving wordt de uitkeringstermijn bij een bankfaillissement teruggebracht van twintig naar zeven werkdagen in de toekomst. Denieuwe Regelgeving Depositogarantiestelsel – juli 2017 draagt daaraan bij.
